Are short-term rentals allowed in Teton Reserve?

The Teton Reserve HOA limits short-term rentals and only allows rentals of seven days or more. Any advertisements on VRBO, Home Away, AirBNB, etc., of less than seven days results in a penalty assessed from the HOA.
Do you get a golf course membership with the purchase of a home in Teton Reserve?
You do not receive a membership to the golf course when you are a homeowner in the Teton Reserve HOA community. Although, the golf passes are very affordable and all golf fees pay for the maintenence and care of the golf course.
Is there a special golf rate for HOA homeowners in Teton Reserve?
Not at this time as the golf course, being public, is very affordable.
